Adam Horak is the Head of Gleeds Katowice office, Poland where he manages a dedicated local team and coordinates communication between the various Gleeds offices across Poland.

Adam Jones leads Gleeds’ project management business in the UAE, responsible for securing new opportunities, driving excellence in project delivery, and supporting the development of the next generation of construction professionals. He also spearheads training, CPD, and staff development initiatives, reinforcing Gleeds’ commitment to growth and professional excellence across the region.

As Director of the Oxford office, Adam Passfield plays an integral role in overseeing operations. In addition to his primary role, he is heavily involved in cost management services, managing up to 40 projects at one time in the Oxfordshire region.

An appreciation for beautiful interior spaces – and the detail that goes into creating them – was the reason Adeline opted for a career in construction.

Adnan’s role at Gleeds is to keep procurement moving at pace for our data centre clients in SEA, while effectively controlling risk. He leads end-to-end procurement for projects across the region – from strategy and sourcing, through tendering, evaluation and negotiation, to contract award.

Adrian is Vice President of Gleeds Americas, leading cost management for the United States and spearheading growth in core services.

Akshaya Chandrasenan is a Cost Manager in our Cost Management team based in Dubai, developing and managing cost estimates, creating project budgets, and providing strategic cost advice throughout all design stages.

As the Operations Director for Gleeds China, Alan Yu plays a one of the main roles in the organisation’s operational process across China. His responsibilities span across various areas, including project reviews, strategic management and client engagements aimed at fostering lasting partnerships.

Alex ensures that clients and Gleeds people alike experience a construction consultancy whose voice is clear, consistent, and aligned with their needs. She leads Gleeds’ global marcomms strategy, managing the brand and guiding a talented team to showcase how the company’s expertise delivers value across the built environment.

Alex works as the Data Analyst and Benchmarking Lead, within Gleeds (Intelligence and Benchmarking). His role involves a multifaceted approach to data management, responsible for the collection, verification and presentation of cost data for various projects and programmes.

Alex is the aviation lead within Gleeds’ infrastructure sector, where he oversees the development and growth of our aviation services and team across the UK.

Alfie is a project director in our UK infrastructure team, specialising in programme advisory, programme and project management. He joined Gleeds to help shape and grow the programme advisory service line, while supporting clients to deliver some of their most complex programmes both nationally and internationally.

Capitalising on opportunities to optimise cost, efficiency and sustainability across the supply chain are what motivates Ali most in his role at Gleeds. With a focus on procurement and contract management, he oversees the acquisition of goods and services and leads negotiations on supplier contracts.

Almudena has spent nearly her entire professional career at Gleeds, drawn by her love for architecture. Her role as a Project Manager involves working closely with clients on a multitude of projects, managing her team, addressing their personal workload, resolving issues, and supporting the company's administration.

As Business and Marketing Manager at Gleeds China, Alva Xu plays a key role in driving business growth and enhancing the company's visibility in the market.

Amin Shaikh has 16 years of experience in Accounts and Finance Management. His responsibilities include budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning, contributing to both project and organizational success.
