Adam Horak is the Head of Gleeds Katowice office, Poland where he manages a dedicated local team and coordinates communication between the various Gleeds offices across Poland.

As Director of the Oxford office, Adam Passfield plays an integral role in overseeing operations. In addition to his primary role, he is heavily involved in cost management services, managing up to 40 projects at one time in the Oxfordshire region.

Adrian is Vice President of Gleeds Americas, leading cost management for the United States and spearheading growth in core services.

As the Operations Director for Gleeds China, Alan Yu plays a one of the main roles in the organisation’s operational process across China. His responsibilities span across various areas, including project reviews, strategic management and client engagements aimed at fostering lasting partnerships.

Alex works as the Data Analyst and Benchmarking Lead, within Gleeds (Intelligence and Benchmarking). His role involves a multifaceted approach to data management, responsible for the collection, verification and presentation of cost data for various projects and programmes.

Almudena has spent nearly her entire professional career at Gleeds, drawn by her love for architecture. Her role as a Project Manager involves working closely with clients on a multitude of projects, managing her team, addressing their personal workload, resolving issues, and supporting the company's administration.

As Business and Marketing Manager at Gleeds China, Alva Xu plays a key role in driving business growth and enhancing the company's visibility in the market.

Amin Shaikh has 16 years of experience in Accounts and Finance Management. His responsibilities include budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning, contributing to both project and organizational success.

Andrew Irving serves as the Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa at Gleeds. As the bridge between these regions and the UK, Andrew’s role includes reporting to Group on behalf of ME and Africa, providing support to Regional and Country Directors on strategic planning, business development, strengthening client relationships, and managing finances.

Meet Andrew King, an accomplished Executive Quantity Surveyor contributing to Gleeds' infrastructure projects in the southern region of the UK. With a focus on Cost Management, Andrew's role involves a diverse range of tasks, from providing contractual and strategic advice to clients to delivering full RIBA 4 estimates.

As Managing Director Deputy at Gleeds Poland, Andrzej Kozak oversees all activities across the three offices in Poland.

Having joined the Gleeds team in 2008, as a Senior Contracts Manager, Andy Ellis’ journey has seen him accelerate his career through the business to his current role as Global Head of Energy of our 150-person-strong Energy team.

Spearheading our Australian business, Andy King leads Gleeds' daily operations across the country, with focus on quantity surveying and cost management.

With an impressive track record of delivering projects across the healthcare sector, Andy McNulty’s wealth of experience in the industry has seen him truly make an impact. After initially joining Gleeds in 1993, and then returning in 2014 as a Director, Andy has been based within the health team for almost ten years.

Anthony serves as director of Gleeds’ international business, and data centre lead for the UK. As the key account manager for Global Cloud Provider, he leads pre-construction and construction stage efforts across Europe.

Asa James, Director and Head of Transform within Gleeds Energy, is responsible for driving the expansion of Gleeds' Energy business, whilst working alongside Gleeds Chief Digital Officer to broaden Gleeds' digital services.
