Gleeds' operations in Ukraine began in 2003, with our office officially opening in 2005.
Over the years, we have navigated numerous challenges, including financial crises, revolutions, invasions, and the ongoing war. Despite these adversities, we have grown exponentially, becoming a trusted partner in the Ukrainian construction industry. Our team, composed primarily of Ukrainian nationals proficient in Ukrainian, English, and Russian, remains committed to delivering high-quality services under challenging circumstances.

Our Kyiv office, located at 13 Mykoly Pymonenka Street, has been the cornerstone of our operations since 2005. Despite the ongoing conflict, we continue to provide a wide range of services across various sectors, including offices, hotels, shopping centres, factories, logistics, greenhouses, grain terminals, metro line extensions, and wind farms. Our dedicated personnel, many of whom have been with Gleeds for over a decade, work tirelessly to ensure project success. Notable clients include Oracle, Google, Microsoft, EBRD, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, UBS, Barclays, Ukrsibbank (BNP Paribas), Boeing, Amcor, Kingspan, and several embassies.
