Almudena has spent nearly her entire professional career at Gleeds, drawn by her love for architecture. Her role as a Project Manager involves working closely with clients on a multitude of projects, managing her team, addressing their personal workload, resolving issues, and supporting the company's administration.

Her interest in the construction industry sparked at a young age. When she was 10, a trip to the South of France and its stunning architecture solidified her decision to pursue this field. Gleeds offered Almudena a career that spanned various sectors, from education sector to commercial offices and shopping centres, which was an opportunity she enthusiastically embraced. Almudena appreciates the company's people-focused approach and their ability to foster a creative yet realistic work environment. In her free time, Almudena enjoys classical and modern music, visiting museums, exploring art, practicing yoga and meditations, and hiking. If Almudena weren't in project management, she could see herself working philosophy or sociology fields where she could help people.
