Gleeds complies with all relevant ESG legislation, as well as non-statutory guidance where appropriate. We hold ourselves to account through a rigorous system of internal and external standards and frameworks.

We manage the impact of our activities through following a set of international ISO standards, which include guidelines and best practice associated with health, safety and wellbeing. ISO 14001 environmental management certification is in place across our offices in the UK, US and Poland.

Aligning with the leading Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) sustainability reporting tool has provided us with a robust and trusted framework for transparently sharing our ESG plans and progress. We also report to the Climate Disclosure Project (CDP) and EcoVadis.

Capturing all of our sustainability data centrally enables us to determine where improvements can be made, and supports the achievement of the Science Based Targets (SBTi) we’ve set ourselves.

Our responsible business and positive social performance – along with the associated risks and opportunities – are continually assessed by our People Team, ESG Steering Group and Head of Risk.
