The UK Healthcare Alliance (UKHA), a partnership between Gleeds, AECOM and Currie & Brown, proudly marks its first 100 days of collaboration with the Peruvian government.
Delivered through PRONIS (National Health Investment Programme), this milestone highlights the significant strides made towards delivering two state-of- the-art hospitals in Piura and Trujillo, benefiting more than three million Peruvians.
These first 100 days represent the foundation of a transformative journey in healthcare infrastructure, aligning with international standards in project management and healthcare innovation. The UKHA is steadfast in its commitment to building a sustainable, efficient, and transparent healthcare system for the northern macro-region of Peru.
So far we have achieved:

A cutting-edge training programme via the Moodle Workplace system, which ensures integration and supports knowledge transfer of UK expertise with local talent. - Significant hospital designs, supported by topographical surveys and an updated Medical Architectural Programme.
- Embedment of digital transformation tools such as M365, Oracle Primavera P6, and SharePoint, enabling seamless collaboration and project transparency.
- Sustainable guidelines for LEED certification, shaping environmentally friendly hospital designs.
