Ken Mazey is a Director at Gleeds specialising in contract management and the delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure programmes. Since 2020, he has been based in Peru, where his roles have spanned across leadership, project management and contract management functions in major infrastructure programmes.

Ken is highly experienced in the implementation and management of NEC contracts, supporting clients to adopt structured, collaborative approaches to project delivery and strengthening governance across major programmes.

In his current role, Ken provides strategic and day-to-day contractual advice on the implementation and execution of NEC4 Facilities Management Contracts for the maintenance of hospitals and schools delivered by the Peru Reconstruction programme, helping to ensure the long-term performance of these critical assets. Alongside this, Ken represents Gleeds on the joint venture leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction and successful delivery of the programme.

Ken thrives in complex delivery environments, where his ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice helps teams navigate contractual challenges and maintain programme momentum. He is particularly passionate about knowledge-sharing and mentoring, supporting the development of both clients and colleagues.
