Gleeds has announced that it has officially been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces (2025) by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture.
After rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit submissions from company leaders, Gleeds has been ranked among the top 50 ‘super large’ businesses in this year’s UK's Best Workplaces™ list. Data insights were used to benchmark the effectiveness of companies' employee value propositions against the culture those employees experience, with only businesses achieving the highest scores gaining Best Workplaces status.
