Gleeds has been named on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estate Management Services 2 framework. Gleeds is named on Lot 4 – Surveying and Strategic Advice. Through this lot, Gleeds can offer surveys, feasibility studies and strategic advice to support occupation of the central government and broader public sector estate.
In addition, Gleeds will be collaborating with PriceWaterhouseCooper (PwC), supporting customers during the operation, expiry and future service delivery of PPP/PFI estates. PwC is named on Lot 8a - PFI Technical and Strategic Advice Services.
The framework will run for a period of four years from January 2026 and will be accessible to central government departments and all other public sector bodies in the UK, including local authorities, healthcare services, police, fire and rescue, education and devolved administrations. It will offer a simplified means of sourcing end‑to‑end property management services over the lifecycle of a building, from consultancy to disposal.
Gleeds has a long track‑record of success with CCS but this is a new framework appointment for us. I’m pleased that our long-standing relationship is to continue, and look forward to supporting the UK public sector.
“As a named as a supplier on Lot 4, Gleeds will have the opportunity to support the development and delivery of a broad range of public sector assets over the next four years. These transformative projects will provide long-term benefits to communities and we can’t wait to get started,” he went on to add.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world‑class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
