We are pleased to publish our first annual report for the Gleeds Foundation 2023 - 2024, demonstrating how we have supported young people to make positive changes to their lives over the past year.
As an organisation, we have always been charitable, but we wanted to bring structure and focus to our impact by developing strong, strategic relationships with charity partners so that we can see the difference we’re making over the long term.
What is evident from the report is that our grant funding, fundraising and volunteering support has made a genuine difference to our two charity partnerships with Resurgo and the Wilderness Foundation.
It goes without saying that none of this work would have been possible without the commitment from the business, the Gleeds Foundation Steering Group and the enthusiasm of our people, but the real champions are our partner charities carrying out incredible work, and the young people finding their way to a brighter future.
