PURO Warszawa Stare Miasto hotel includes a spa, gym and restaurant, and is located in central Warsaw, just a short walk from the Old Town, Bank Square, the National Opera, and Saski Garden.
Gleeds Polska managed the project starting from the pre-construction phase. Our team delivered construction management, cost management and quality/construction supervision services.
The hotel offers 5,900 sqm of usable space and includes 192 rooms and suites, three multifunctional conference rooms, a wellness zone with a spa and gym, rooftop terrace, and a landscaped green patio.
The project focused on long-term usability and sustainability. The hotel was developed in line with the PURO group’s environmental standards, which include LEED Gold certification. Features such as energy-efficient systems, water-saving installations, and the use of low-impact materials were integrated into the design and delivery process.
On the ground floor, the MUND restaurant includes a Nordic-inspired dining concept that complements the hotel’s overall character. Combining elements of a restaurant, café, wine bar, and bakery, MUND offers seasonal menus in an open and informal setting, welcoming both hotel guests and visitors from the neighbourhood.
