Centrum Południe complex has been designed with both people and the environment in mind.
In the vicinity of Centrum Południe, green concrete has been used to purify the air and reduce the concentration of nitrogen oxides (NOx), which are harmful to human health. Additionally, birdhouses have been installed around the green communal space. Centrum Południe is a complex of five buildings covering an area of approximately 85,000 m². It combines office, service, and recreational functions.
Twenty-five percent of the complex's plot is open to the public. In the second phase of Centrum Południe, the design included a basketball court. Its proximity makes it easier for the building's users to access sports and encourages them to exercise.
Centrum Południe is located at the junction of Powstańców Śląskich and Szczęśliwa streets, with the buildings positioned along one of the main communication routes in Wrocław. The complex also features a common space - a place for recreation.
The convenient location of the project ensures easy access from all districts of the city. Centrum Południe is situated near the railway station and main bus station, close to academic centres and residential districts.
Gleeds Poland supported the realization of the buildings CP1, CP2, and CP3 by providing project controls services during the construction and fit-out stage.
