Brama Miasta is a modern office complex located on Kilińskiego Street in Łódź.
The project encompasses the construction of two office buildings, with the tallest sections reaching 15 floors, offering approximately 40,000 m2 of leasable space. The architectural design was created by Medusa Group, with the building’s form (featuring a corten steel facade) reflecting the city's industrial heritage.
Brama Miasta is providing workspace for approximately 4,000 employees. For those arriving by car, a two-level underground parking garage with around 231 spaces has been prepared, along with accommodations for cyclists, offering around 200 bike spaces.
In addition to office spaces within the buildings, the complex allows for outdoor workspaces, featuring electrical outlets and free Wi-Fi on the plaza. Moreover, Brama Miasta offers a publicly accessible space. At its centre, there is a plaza with an amphitheatre and cafes, providing opportunities for cultural events.
Gleeds Poland supported the realization of the project by providing project controls services (quality/construction supervision). The project was completed in accordance with the “accessible building” standards developed in collaboration between SKANSKA and the Integracja Foundation, ensuring that Brama Miasta is a friendly environment for individuals with disabilities, mothers with children, and the elderly. Additionally, the building is LEED certified.
