We are proud to announce that Gleeds Peru has been awarded Great Place to Work® Certification, recognising our commitment to creating a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Since establishing our presence in Peru in 2020, our team has quadrupled in size, bringing together a diverse mix of local and international talent, experience and career stages. As we’ve grown, our focus has been on creating an environment where our people feel able to be themselves, are supported to perform at their best and continue to develop throughout their careers.

Certification is awarded following the Great Place to Work Trust Index™ survey, which captures anonymous feedback from employees across key areas such as trust, pride and camaraderie. The survey is based on a globally recognised research framework and is designed to measure the consistency of employee experience across the organisation. The results for Gleeds Peru were overwhelmingly positive, with 99% of respondents agreeing that Gleeds Peru is a great place to work, and an average score of 90% across all survey categories. In addition, 94% of respondents feel able to be authentic at work, 92% describe the team as welcoming and friendly, and 93% agree that Gleeds supports their professional development.

Creating a great place to work means supporting people to grow and feel a genuine sense of belonging and pride in what they do. In Peru, that includes early career opportunities through internships and graduate roles, opportunities to connect through social activities, and charity initiatives that are owned and led by our people. It’s great to see the impact of these efforts reflected in our Great Place to Work certification.
