The Women in Construction (WiC) Awards highlight the outstanding work women and allies do every day in our industry. With six finalists, this was already a brilliant achievement for Gleeds, but for two of those finalists to walk away with the award added an extra degree of celebration.
The two winners were:

- Georgina Coyne | One to Watch: Recognising the energy and potential that Georgina brings to her role every day.
Alongside those two winners, four more Gleeds colleagues were finalists:
- Andrea Lomniczi | Rising Star: Recognising Andrea’s fantastic start to her career and the import qualities she has shown already.
- Jess Adams | Community Hero: Highlighting the brilliant work Jess does for social value, day in day out.
- Jo Middleton | Contribution to Project: Jo's role in driving excellence on projects was shown through her finalist position, showcasing the crucial part she plays in delivering success for our clients.
