Gleeds is supporting the construction of a high-tech pilot training and simulator centre in Kraków, Poland. Scheduled to open in 2025, this facility will have the capacity to train approximately 300 individuals simultaneously.

The training centre, situated just a few hundred meters from the passenger terminal at Kraków's Balice airport, will cover over 4,600 square meters. It will be equipped with innovative flight simulators, provide training for Boeing B737 pilots and cabin crews from all over Europe.

Gleeds is ensuring the success of the Ryanair training centre by providing project management, cost management and quality / construction supervision. Our team is dedicated to making sure the works are carried out on time, within budget and to the standards required by law and the client’s specifications.

The Ryanair project will generate significant employment opportunities for the local community by creating new jobs. With the capacity to train approximately 300 individuals simultaneously, the centre will enhance the skills of aviation personnel, including pilots and cabin crews, contributing to the overall growth and expertise of the aviation industry. Moreover, the new facility will be a major boost for regional development, reinforcing the importance of Kraków's airport as one of the key aviation hubs in the country.
