The production plant of the international chimney and ventilation systems manufacturer, Schiedel is located in Okup Wielki. The factory’s production building, including the office and welfare parts, covers over 11,000 m².
This facility has been designed with the potential for future expansion, allowing for further growth in production capacity. The plant will ultimately provide employment for over 250 people, contributing to the local economy. Built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, the plant reflects Schiedel's commitment to environmental responsibility.
Notably, the facility includes advanced safety features such as the Loading Systems wheel locking system at the loading gates, enhancing operational efficiency. Moreover, the plant contributes to local safety by providing the only fire water tank in the area, with a capacity of 288 m³.
Gleeds Poland played a crucial role in the development of the project, providing project management, cost management, and quality/construction supervision to ensure the high-quality execution of the facility.
