Enclave is a residential project in Pruszków near Warsaw. It consists of five 4-storey buildings designed in a timeless, minimalist style. It offers a wide range of facilities, attractive, convenient location, communication infrastructure with green areas, courtyard, sports recreation and retail objects.
Each building offers 1-, 2-, 3- and 4- rooms apartments with floor area ranging from 27 m2 to 100 m2, with spacious deep balconies or gardens. The construction process was executed in two divided stages. The first stage covered 151 apartments with approximately 8,600 m2 of total area. The second phase consists of 126 apartments with approximately 7,500 m2 of total area.
Residents of Enclave have access to modern playground located in the courtyard of one of the buildings, special sledge hill in the winter, an underground garage hall, above-ground parking spaces and cinema room.
