One obstacle, in particular, demanded robust planning and continual attention; the construction process was being undertaken during the COVID-19 pandemic and associated lockdowns. From a project and cost management perspective, this presented some challenges. Labour availability was reduced, meaning material deliveries faced delays. Thanks to partner cooperation with the investor, we managed to keep the project on track while ensuring everyone stayed safe. Through strategic adjustments like staggered work schedules, specialist PPE, and designated work zones complying with social distancing, we maintained progress without compromising safety.
The team employed increased cleaning and sanitation measures to maintain control and reduce the spread of the virus. Our consultants maintained safety standards by being proactive, strategic and highly organised. Without their ingenuity, schedule overruns would likely have plagued the development.
The development is a staggering 38,405 sqm in size, offering businesses a modern solution to commercial space. The complex itself epitomises modern design, featuring three interconnected towers (a central titan reaching 50m, flanked by two companions at 39m each) and a range of amenities.
