We are registered in England and Wales under company number 03547158 and have our registered office at 95 New Cavendish Street, London W1W 6XF. Accessing the Websites
We do not guarantee that access to and use of the Websites will be uninterrupted or error-free and we will not be liable if for any reason the Websites are unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Websites without notice. From time to time, we may suspend or restrict access to the Websites in order to carry out repairs, maintenance or to introduce new facilities.

You also agree:

- not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Websites, any equipment or network on which the Websites are stored, any software used in the provision of the Websites or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
Hacking and Offences
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Websites, the server on which the Websites are stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Websites. You must not attack our Websites via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Websites will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Websites or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

We are the owner or the licensee, as the case may be, of all intellectual property rights in the Websites. This includes, without limitation, database rights, rights in designs, rights in know-how, patents and rights in inventions, whether registered or unregistered.

Job applications via Gleeds.com
From time to time, the Websites will advertise employment opportunities within Gleeds. You may apply to us for consideration in respect of any one or more of these employment opportunities by post or email, by submitting your curriculum vitae, or online, by submitting your curriculum vitae and a cover letter within the Applications page on Gleeds.com. Please note that by submitting an application (either by post, email or online) you are indicating your acceptance to the following:
- The information provided in respect of an employment opportunity is not necessarily accurate and you can verify the accuracy of any information provided by contacting us directly;
- Information such as closing dates and interview dates may change at our discretion. These changes may not be reflected on the Websites;
- It will be necessary for you to provide personal information when completing your online, email or postal application. For further information regarding how we will collect and use your personal information please refer to our Privacy Policy;
- Submitting an application for an employment opportunity should not be construed as implying a guarantee of success, shortlisting or interview. Each application is judged on merit according to the job specification and the details submitted on your application. Each online application is subject to consideration along with emailed and traditional paper-based posted applications of other applicants. All applications are considered equally whether submitted online, emailed or posted to us;

The upkeep of this profile space is solely your responsibility as is the safekeeping of the access password you will designate at the point of creating the account. The system provides the means to reset your password; however, Gleeds has no means of accessing that personal account/profile and cannot assist with the recovery of any information;
- The Diversity and Equal Opportunities form can be added voluntarily to your online job application. All information collated from this form is purely for monitoring equality and diversity only and will not be utilised in the recruitment and selection process. - It is your responsibility to ensure that you have fully completed the application.
