The Zuckermandel multifunctional city centre consists of seven buildings which are implemented into the location under the Bratislava´s castle where it creates a new neighbourhood with local accent.
The project extend the city centre and act as a long-needed pedestrian link between Bratislava Old Town and riverfront promenade. This multifunctional urban district is lively by day and infuse with energy by night thanks to the complementary combination of residential 15 200 sqm (187 apartments), administrative 36 000 sqm and retail units 3500 sqm with more than 1000 parking spaces. Gleeds acted as a Construction Manager.
Green BREEAM® Excellent certificate
During the entire project construction period the Client undertook to follow the green certificate rules. Two buildings obtained green certificates BREEAM® Excellent.
