Zoe Moore is an associate director in New York, specialising in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) cost management within the data centre and life sciences sectors.
Acting as a cost lead, she oversees every phase of project delivery, from initiation to completion, ensuring client goals are met without compromising budgets. Beyond project oversight, Zoe is instrumental in driving the expansion of the data centre sector in the US.
Her days start with a Peloton session before diving into a fast-paced schedule of meetings with clients, contractors, and designers, managing deliverables across multiple projects. Zoe’s passion lies in seeing projects come to life, knowing that every team member plays a vital role in delivering the final result.
Zoe was drawn to Gleeds for the opportunity to contribute to the growth of both the New York and U.S. data centre teams, while building on her expertise gained in London and Europe. Outside of work, Zoe is a true adventurer. She enjoys college basketball, comedy shows, skiing, and exploring New York’s vibrant food scene. A passionate traveller, she’s on a mission to visit all 50 U.S. states. If not in cost management, Zoe imagines herself as a sailing instructor in a warm, sunny destination.
