In her role, no day is typical. Each day unfolds with a varied mix of responsibilities, from delivering training sessions such as the Welcome Programme and managerial training to handling ad-hoc sessions tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce. Engaging with employees from different backgrounds is an enriching experience that adds a unique perspective to her workdays.
