Tim Hanna heads up the Project Management department at Gleeds’ Belfast office. As a Director in our Project Management service, he plays an instrumental role in guiding our clients through every stage of their projects, from conception to execution. Collaborating closely with our cost management team, Tim ensures seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Tim thrives in the project management field, where no two days are alike. His typical day begins early in Gleeds’newly renovated offices, setting his agenda for the day, prioritising tasks, and preparing for meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, designers and contractors.
Driven by a vision of establishing sustainable management services in Belfast, Tim is passionate about fostering repeat business through top-notch service delivery. His mantra, "we are here to help", underscores his commitment to finding solutions to any challenge that arises. Tim shares Gleeds’ common goal of modernising project management practices, having been recruited to spearhead the establishment of an information management and project management division in Belfast, furthering our commitment to innovation and efficiency.
Tim's advice to newcomers echoes his own approach - be prepared for exciting and challenging projects.
One of his proudest achievements includes relocating Gleeds’ office to Custom House in Belfast's city centre, fostering a cohesive team environment. He has evolved the team, creating a dynamic group of professionals who are not only excellent surveyors, but are fantastic people to know inside and outside of the office, recently completing the Belfast marathon together.
Outside of work, Tim is an avid sports enthusiast and a dedicated father of four.
