Shane Broad is an experienced director and the commercial sector lead for Gleeds’ cost management arm in London. He oversees the commercial real estate sector while building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery, playing a pivotal role in both shaping our service delivery and driving innovation within the industry.
Shane begins most days by identifying priority actions, ensuring that client expectations are met and liaising with his team to manage project-related matters effectively. He is passionate about continual improvement, particularly in integrating digital transformation into the sector, keeping him at the forefront of industry advancements. Growing up in south east England, a natural inclination toward commercial real estate led him to pursue a path in the sector, and even after two decades, his enthusiasm remains strong. He was drawn to Gleeds not only for its global reach but also for the welcoming culture he experienced when he first joined the Tunbridge Wells office.

Having started his career at Gleeds straight from school at 18, he is a testament to the business’ ability to nurture talent. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his fiancée and two young boys. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys playing and watching football, golf and rugby.
