Sarah Park-Murray is a Director within the project management team at Gleeds. She also sits amongst the senior leadership team in London, playing an important role in shaping the project management division’s success.
Sarah shares responsibility for the team’s profit and loss performance, manages a talented group of Gleeds professionals and focuses her expertise on occupier and landlord fit-out projects as well as the hotel and leisure sectors. With a background in architecture and construction, Sarah’s career spans a variety of sectors, including industrial, healthcare, residential, commercial and charity projects across the UK, Europe and Australia. More recently, she has concentrated on London’s commercial office occupier financial services sector, where her knowledge and experience have had a significant impact.
Sarah’s typical day starts with sports training to set a positive tone before commuting into the city. Once at work, her time is dedicated to engaging with her team, pursuing business development opportunities and collaborating with clients to ensure project success. Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service, she finds motivation in building strong relationships and guiding clients and stakeholders through every stage of a project.

Since starting at Gleeds, Sarah has achieved significant milestones, including securing two project commissions within her first month and successfully tripling the fees on one of those projects, reflecting her dedication and ability to deliver tangible results.
Outside of work, Sarah is an avid cyclist and skier, and she enjoys developing her residential property investment portfolio. Her interests reflect her energetic and enterprising personality, seamlessly blending into her professional life at Gleeds.
