Sam Huggins is a Senior Project Manager and Sustainability Manager at Gleeds, where he oversees the life cycle of major projects. His primary focuses on the current projects are achieving LEED Platinum and change control management.
Growing up in Hong Kong, Sam’s diverse professional experience includes working in Hong Kong, London and Vietnam - where he has worked as a contractor, consultant, and client – across various building sectors. He was drawn to Vietnam for its vibrant range of work and broadening horizons.
Sam’s typical day involves team meetings and site visits, where he manages the team and contractors. His motivation stems from the excitement of working on large-scale projects and collaborating with great clients.
