Rob Vale is a Senior Director within Gleeds’ UK infrastructure team, bringing with him a wealth of experience garnered from almost three decades in the industry.
Rob will lead our business in the South of the UK to expand our presence and make the offering suitable for future growth. Spearheading the evolution of the infrastructure business, Rob will also lead our Programme Advisory practice, which focuses on equipping asset-intensive organisations and developers to navigate their challenges and transform the performance of their major projects and programmes.
Rob has worked extensively in London, and also for periods in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with a focus on project and programme management across several landmark developments in those areas. He has worked in both infrastructure and real estate focused roles. He is motivated by working with high performing teams, and his main priorities are ensuring a positive work experience for those in his team, as well as keeping clients happy and project and programme delivery on track. He prides himself on being a trusted advisor to clients, and not resting on the laurels of previous successes but continuing to strive for improved approaches.
