The culture and people at Gleeds are phenomenal – our senior leaders are always approachable and willing to offer support and advice whenever needed.

Paul advises anyone joining Gleeds to be themselves. He believes acting with honesty and integrity is crucial to building strong relationships and contributing to the company's success, which Gleeds’ values encourage. He finds it truly motivating to support and nurture the development of our people into future leaders of the industry.

He has been a loyal Manchester City football club supporter since 1983, which has taught him to appreciate life’s highs and lows. He has learned that success doesn't just fall out of the sky; it requires hard work and a lot of passion.

When not submerged in a spreadsheet, Paul loves to cook and is most relaxed in the kitchen, creating dishes that inspire the palate and provoke the mind. He has always been creative and mathematically minded, with an eye for design in the built environment. If he hadn’t pursued a career as a Quantity Surveyor, he might have become an architect, or an investment banker, but not a restauranteur.
