Sitting on the European board as Regional Director, Patrick is responsible for business performance across Western Mainland Europe of which Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Spain. He also oversees strategy, sales, and growth across all of Mainland Europe.

When he isn’t traveling to meet with clients and colleagues, he enjoys cycling to work in his hometown Paris. His schedule typically involves managing operational calls, leading projects, and engaging with clients. Patrick is motivated by a deep passion for the built environment. He is fascinated by its layers of disciplines, resilience, and the positive impact it has on daily life – all of which are created by the immense talent in the industry. He firmly believes in the importance of fostering participation, progress, collaboration. Whether by guiding individuals through their career, or championing projects that enhance communities, he is committed to addressing the industry's evolving needs. His proudest achievement is the collaborative, ongoing efforts with the European team, a testament to their collective dedication and expertise.


I had a very multicultural upbringing, and Europe is the place to be. It's a melting pot of diverse cultures, each with unique experiences and insights to share. Advising clients from a wide range of backgrounds is always intellectually stimulating and rewarding. It's a constant reminder of the endless potential for positive change that exists when we collaborate and learn from each other.

Patrick's journey into the industry was propelled by a desire to make an impact, spurred on by the opportunity for continuous learning. Patrick is a family man and loves nothing more than spending time with his four children – though, dealing with those typical sibling squabbles not so much!
