Oliver Hintz is a Construction Manager and Head of Construction Management at Gleeds in Germany. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Construction Management team and coordinating construction projects across the country, together with a team of site managers.
His main focus is Frankfurt am Main, where he is based, and Gleeds’ main office is located. Alongside personnel coordination and the organisational planning of construction operations, Oliver remains closely involved in projects on site. This includes participating in strategic and coordination meetings, attending site meetings and, when required, drawing on his many years of experience as a site manager to help resolve complex challenges. A key element of his role is also overseeing quality management and continuously improving workflows to ensure the highest standards are maintained and further developed.
No two days are the same in Oliver’s role. His work ranges from coordinating schedules and construction timelines with contractors to site inspections, feedback sessions with architects and specialist engineers, meetings with authorities, and discussions with project management teams and clients. In addition, he is regularly involved in strategic, technical and planning-related problem-solving to ensure that practical, on-site implementation is achieved in line with agreed programmes.
Oliver is motivated by progress, efficiency and strong teamwork. Standing still has never been an option for him, and he places great importance on open, constructive dialogue throughout every project phase to identify opportunities for improvement. A strong team spirit, transparent communication and a collegial working environment drive him to perform at his best.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sport, travelling and spending time outdoors, as well as relaxing evenings with a good film.
