As PMO Director within the UK Healthcare Alliance, Nicola leads the Complex Hospitals programme in Peru. In this role, he is helping to deliver improved healthcare services to over four million people across the country.
Nicola’s role spans programme leadership, commercial accountability and client relationship management, alongside oversight of cost management and contract administration. He is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered across the full lifecycle, from design through construction to completion and handover, meeting key objectives around time, cost and quality. This involves leading multidisciplinary teams and working closely with key stakeholders, including the National Health Investment Programme (PRONIS), the Ministry of Health and consortium partners, to ensure successful delivery.
Nicola is motivated by creating the conditions for people to grow and succeed, building environments where collaboration, trust and a shared sense of purpose inspire teams to perform at their best.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys collecting rare books and studying Portuguese. At weekends, he can often be found kitesurfing along Lima’s stunning coastline.
