Mustafa Sabri is a Project Manager in our Project Management Consultancy team in Dubai. He manages the full project lifecycle from inception to handover, ensuring client objectives are comprehensively defined and conveyed to all stakeholders; along with directing project teams to achieve deliverables within the established scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
Mustafa is also invested in the digital arm of Gleeds where he implements digital solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of delivery. From managing continuous client ad-hoc requests to maintaining stable project progression, typically his day is unpredictable given the vigorous work environment in the region. However, known and unknown tasks are ultimately completed, calls are attended, and client concerns are always addressed.
Mustafa’s motivation at Gleeds is based on a healthy work environment alongside project completion to ensure clients are happy. Having always been interested in buildings, structures, designs and architecture, this played a vital role in forging his career in project management.
At Gleeds, some of his proudest moments include bringing in bespoke government clients and representing the company on renowned industry platforms. Working in a business with a strong infrastructure and promising long-term objectives, his advice to anyone joining Gleeds would be to be themselves as “Gleeds welcomes and empowers people”.
Alongside social gatherings, in his spare time Mustafa enjoys football. If he’d not gone into the role he does now, he believes he’d be playing football at a professional level!
