Global head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Kirsty Collin, has a long history of working closely with customers to build trusting relationships.
Though no two days look the same, Kirsty’s main responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding their expectations and identifying actionable insights. Kirsty’s prior experience in customer satisfaction lends to her expertise in encouraging clients to provide honest feedback about Gleeds’ services. These critical insights have helped teams to identify gaps in client experiences, become more efficient and build stronger client relationships.
Kirsty was drawn to the culture of Gleeds, particularly one of our key values, professionalism with personality. She believes that Gleeds has created an environment that encourages its people to be their authentic selves. Her biggest achievement to date is engaging clients and encouraging them to offer honest feedback, often praising Gleeds’ services.
In addition to her core role, Kirsty leads Women at Gleeds, a key initiative focused on promoting gender diversity and fostering an inclusive culture across the business. Her work extends beyond advocating for women, it’s about encouraging all genders to work together to build a more inclusive workplace.
Kirsty has been instrumental in conducting discovery interviews with men and women globally, across a range of experience levels, to better understand the lived experiences of colleagues at Gleeds and how these reflect broader industry dynamics. This insight is helping to identify strengths and areas for improvement in crucial areas such as career progression, leadership opportunities, and workplace culture.
Through Women at Gleeds, Kirsty is also spearheading efforts to equip gender allies with the tools and training they need to recognise challenges, take meaningful action, and use their influence to drive positive change. Her commitment ensures that diversity and inclusion are embedded into the everyday experience at Gleeds.
A passionate advocate for recognising and championing talent, Kirsty is helping to ensure that the contributions and achievements of women across Gleeds are visible, valued, and celebrated on a global scale.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys competitive boxing and exercising in the gym. She spends most of her time with her two children and actively advocates for mental health awareness through blogs, podcasts and public speaking.
