Joe McShee is a Project Director at Gleeds Peru and a member of the Gleeds Del Peru board, serving as the commercial lead as part of the Integrated Solutions programme on behalf of our client ANIN. In his role, he travels to Central Lima to work directly in the client's office, providing crucial commercial and contractual advice while leading a team of 11 cost and contract managers.
