Jack Loh Seng Tuck is in charge of project and construction management for Gleeds’ clients in Singapore. His role involves leading our teams in the region, and co-ordinating works with other vendors and suppliers.
Jack’s proudest achievement during his time at Gleeds is the successful completion of major upgrading works to the 26-storey Singapore Mandarin Oriental Hotel in just seven months. This included the management of the Defects Liability Period (DLP), during which the contractor is responsible for fixing any defects or faults that emerge.
The career advancement opportunities offered by the projects he works on is what inspires Jack the most. When asked what attracted him to apply for a role with Gleeds, he states as a key driver:
The chance to work with a well-established and well-diversified consultancy firm.
As a member of the Gleeds team, Jack shares the organisation’s dedication to delivering exceptional outcomes. He also appreciates being able to “learn from the Gleeds family” through the mentorship programmes that enable our people to receive guidance from senior colleagues, helping them to develop their capabilities and knowledge. In his free time, Jack enjoys swimming and cycling.
