Felix van Huet is head of our Düsseldorf office and the public sector at Gleeds in Germany. Responsible for the business at North Rhine-Westphalia, he is a key leader in driving Gleeds’ growth across both the public and private sectors.
Based in our Düsseldorf office, Felix is shaping the firm’s national presence from the ground up, supporting cities, ministries, and developers while bridging the gap to private clients in dynamic industries such as logistics and data centres.
Felix’s proudest achievement is building a strong, capable team that delivers real value. Passionate about shaping meaningful change, he connects strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping clients realise complex, socially impactful infrastructure projects. If he wasn't at Gleeds, Felix would have studied law or political science and worked in the local government, or in the media world.
