His role extends to focusing on efficient project management, streamlining large and complex projects, driving the digitalisation of the organisation’s business processes and services, engaging in business development for large and complex projects, setting up construction management and advisory services in Germany, as well as perfecting internal processes to enhance client satisfaction.
Felix's typical day begins with setting his priorities followed by cycling to the office. His mornings start with ensuring that all departments in Germany are aligned and working efficiently. He focuses on client satisfaction, making sure that project leads and heads of departments have the support they need to succeed. Felix is driven by a passion for buildings, construction, and the pursuit of excellence. These elements keep him motivated and engaged in his work.
Felix's journey into the construction industry began with his studies in Germany, followed by training in the UK and obtaining a master’s degree in London. Felix worked for a UK based development firm and hence was familiar with Gleeds during his time in London and was drawn to the opportunity to work with them in Germany. The chance to work for an international company in his home country was a significant factor in his decision to join the organisation.
