Deepa Ganediwala is Director of Business Development for India and the Indian subcontinent. Her strategic leadership role covers a number of key sectors, including datacentres, commercial (base build and fit out), hospitality, industrial, residential, education and healthcare, and services including cost management and project management.
Deepa is dedicated to driving Gleeds’ growth strategy, focused on expanding client relationships, enhancing service offerings, and ensuring client satisfaction while building high-performing teams.
In her capacity as the Business Development Director, she travels extensively throughout the region to cultivate new client relationships and reinforce existing partnerships. Her focus is on identifying emerging market opportunities and guiding proposal efforts to secure strategic projects. She collaborates closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that initiatives are aligned towards leveraging all available resources to enhance our client offerings.
