Hayley Cameron is Gleeds’ Chief Business Development Officer, responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth across the organisations global business. As a member of the Gleeds Management Board, she leads Gleeds’ business development engine end-to-end, setting the global business development strategy and shaping how Gleeds identifies, develops and secures opportunities across priority markets, sectors and geographies.
With a deep understanding of the property and construction consultancy landscape, Hayley brings a highly strategic, data-led approach to market expansion, client development and pipeline management. She works closely with regional and country leadership to strengthen cross-selling across existing clients, while also cultivating new strategic relationships in high-growth and emerging markets. A recognised leader in her field, she combines market insight, competitor intelligence and sector analysis to ensure Gleeds remains agile and resilient as market conditions evolve.
Hayley plays a pivotal role in strengthening Gleeds’ global client relationships and strategic partnerships, helping to build alliances that extend capability, unlock new markets and deliver better outcomes for clients. She is also actively involved in shaping the organisations thought leadership and client engagement strategy, ensuring Gleeds’ expertise is closely aligned to the needs of its markets.
A strong people leader, Hayley is passionate about collaboration and performance, breaking down silos to create joined-up, customer-focused approaches across the business. Outside of work, Hayley is at her happiest spending time with family and friends, whether enjoying time close to home or on trips further afield. A keen traveller, she loves exploring with her husband and two daughters whenever she can. Hayley also enjoys channelling her competitive streak into a game of tennis, on the rare occasion she gets the chance to pick up a racket!
