David’s motivation stems from a deep-rooted desire to see Gleeds flourish. His vision is comprehensive, encompassing financial growth, a commitment to continual improvement of service delivery, winning new commissions, and supporting his team to develop. This ambitious outlook is not just about numbers; it's about making Gleeds a benchmark within the wider industry.
He joined Gleeds in London as a year-out student in 1983, then once completing his degree, immediately re-joined the business as a quantity surveyor. Over the last 40 years David has built a rewarding a successful career, focusing heavily on leveraging Gleeds' international network for his and his colleague’s professional growth and personal enrichment.
