As Chief Project Delivery Officer, Dave sits on the Gleeds Management Board and is the main point of contact for our global clients. His role supports consistent service delivery across our global footprint, as well as strong account management and client engagement.
His role is essential in making sure our teams help our clients stay up to date and navigate through the change and uncertainty within the built environment. In addition, Dave’s responsibilities include providing leadership support to our client listening programme and global bid capability.
A usual day for Dave is a mix of internal meetings and external engagements, a testament to his dedication to maintaining close connections with both internal teams, industry partners and clients. This varied schedule reflects the nature of his role, where adaptability is key. He thrives in this environment, fuelled by his passion for adding value, making a difference, and shaping the future.

Away from work, Dave is a family man who enjoys sports, both as a participant and a spectator.
Dave’s commitment extends beyond his immediate responsibilities, as he finds joy in mentoring young project professionals, ensuring he is always available to support them when needed. As well as being an active mentor with the Association for Project Management (APM), Dave is the APM’s Built Environment Interest Network Lead, sharing best practice and innovation across the global built environment community.
