Ben Huskisson is Chief Service Innovation Officer at Gleeds, responsible for defining, standardising and governing how the organisation delivers its services globally to ensure consistent, scalable and commercially robust outcomes.

He provides enterprise-level leadership for Service Innovation, strengthening the core of the business through clear scopes of service, global standards and disciplined ways of working; improving productivity, reducing risk, driving measurable commercial performance, supporting growth and enterprise value.

With over 25 years at Gleeds, Ben brings deep operational and international leadership. He has held senior governance roles across the Executive Management Board and Operations Board, and now sits on the Management Board, alongside roles on the Board of Gleeds India and as Chair of the Service Innovation Steering Group. His career includes scaling the India business to over 550 people with sustained double-digit profitability and leading a UK R&D programme that enhanced capability and unlocked multi-million-pound tax credits.

A central element of his remit is aligning standardised service delivery with structured data and performance management, enabling controlled digitalisation through the adoption of best-in-class tools, alongside the integration of automation and AI into delivery workflows. This is increasing efficiency, releasing capacity and enabling scalable, high-quality delivery across regions, supporting a consistent One Gleeds approach to service delivery. Through this work, he is helping position Gleeds for the next phase of growth, where consistent delivery, structured data and AI-enabled execution combine to drive enterprise value and long-term competitiveness.
