About Us

Richard SteerWith over 120 years’ experience in 17 countries across 5 continents, we are one of the world’s leading management and construction consultants. We have wide experience in virtually every type of industry sector in many countries and have the resources to deliver multinational contracts.

However, despite being a worldwide business, we have always adopted a ‘think global, act local’ philosophy. Each Gleeds office is an integral part of the community, employing local people and knowledge wherever possible. Our aim is to be both globally expansive and regionally responsive.

We set benchmarks in all aspects of our business activities. In an industry first, we established our own global online TV channel Gleeds TV in 2007. Its aim is to inform, educate and entertain internal and external audiences in equal measure.

We are aware our global strategy sets tough challenges, but then our defining characteristic is to demonstrate excellence in everything we do. I welcome your feedback in order to maintain and improve upon the very high standards that we set ourselves.

Gleeds TV recently filmed the lauch of the Centre for School Design in London - a new industry 'Think Tank'  developed to help shape the future of education. The new initiative is hosted by the British Council for School Environments (BCSE).

Gleeds has announced that it will be acting as ‘Programme Manager’ for the roll out of new Marks and Spencer Reliance stores in India over the next two to three years. Work has already begun for Gleeds as Project and Cost Manager.
