Gleeds has developed the Toll Gate driven Project Control life-cycle – a process driven system to provide you with detailed and accurate information on cost, performance and risk through every phase; enabling you to complete your projects and programmes on time and to budget.

Toll Gate identifies the key deliverables throughout the life of the project/programme relaying the best information to the Project/Programme Manager to enable efficient decision making based on real time information reports.

Gleeds’ approach focuses on the anticipation of potential project issues and hotspots, allowing project managers to put mitigation strategies in place and ensuring minimal impact to projects.

Working closely with clients, our project control team develops the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). From that framework we build and validate estimates using our cost databases, to establish integrated cost and schedule baselines.

Gleeds tailors its project control service to suit individual client/project requirements.  This flexibility can range from a full programme office, services for individual projects or adding our expert’s support to the client’s team.
