Gleeds Advisory is the management consultancy arm of Gleeds that brings together our specialist teams of consultants to deliver bespoke integrated solutions for our clients. 

Our role is to add value to our clients’ businesses whether this is securing tax allowances and grants from governments; developing collaboration portals to integrate teams; creating innovative solutions and business plans optimising returns; identifying and managing risks or resolving disputes.

Our dedicated team of more than 100 specialist advisors understand the need to ‘add value’ and actively support clients in delivering their objectives. 

Initially providing consultancy and technical advisory on PPP/PFI schemes, our wealth of experience gained in both the public and private sectors has enabled us tailor our services to meet client needs. We plan projects thoroughly and where appropriate encourage an interactive and iterative approach to commissions leading to the optimum solution emerging. 

While our service remit is always diversifying, our current service offering includes:
