Gleeds’ established presence in the Ukrainian property and construction market since 2000 has enabled us to provide our clients with the support to be expected of a global consultancy practice. 

As part of a major practice, we are experienced in the provision of consultancy services from the inception of a project, through to completion. Our experience, both locally and around the world, enables us to provide advice and management across all construction sectors, ranging from industrial and logistic developments through to retail, offices, residential and hotel schemes.

Our services include development management, project management, cost management, due diligence and lender’s supervision. The experienced gained within the Ukraine has enabled us to gain a full understanding and awareness of the market, allowing us to provide advice and assistance to our clients.

The official process of Planning, Building Permits Ukrainian Regulations, Attestation, and other regulatory procedures are understood by Gleeds Ukraine and can therefore be monitored and managed through to completion.
