Gleeds was one of the first firms of its kind to operate in Slovakia. Since its establishment in 1999, our Bratislava office has been actively involved in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Cost Management, Value Engineering, Risk Assessment and Technical Due Diligence for numerous international retail, commerce and industrial clients.

Gleeds Slovakia employs qualified Slovak, British and Czech nationals and benefits from the availability of specialist expertise in the UK and our network of international offices. This interaction creates an environment in which continuous improvement is the norm, and ensures that service quality remains consistent with international best practice.

Our current projects comprise around 100 million Euros worth of construction work and are testimony to our ability to advise clients on every aspect of a property and construction in the Slovak Republic.
