Health

Gleeds has attained a significant position in the Health marketplace throughout Europe, America, The Middle East and Asia Pacific principally by providing consistently high quality advice and delivering value, often on a repeat basis, for many public, private and third sector healthcare clients.

The next few years present significant challenges and uncertainty resulting from the economic downturn that requires continued re-organisation at all levels within central government, local government and the NHS.  Delivering high quality services and increasing activity whilst delivering ‘real terms’ efficiencies is requiring organisations to rethink the services they provide, how they are provided, and from where.

Gleeds are continuing to build on our core disciplines and expertise to meet market needs with a team of consultants from varied professional backgrounds both within and outside the NHS. We provide customers with strategic healthcare advice and hands on support through all aspects of business process re-engineering, performance monitoring, organisational change, continuous improvement, estate reconfiguration and project and programme implementation.

Extensive sector-wide experience
Our skills and knowledge are derived from providing consultancy services to government departments, strategic health authorities, trusts and foundation trusts throughout the last 50 years, across all sectors in health.
