The Prague office was established in 1991 and has completed a wide range of construction projects covering the industrial, commercial, retail, residential and leisure sectors. The office has sought to supplement the skills which already exist in the Czech Republic by utilising the expertise of expatriate staff and local training.The Prague office employs a mix of British and Czech professional staff and specialist support is available from the Gleeds group when required.

Our aim is to inject financial expertise into the construction process to produce buildings to the right quality, on time, and within budget. Our project management techniques are specifically designed to effectively plan, control, monitor and report upon all aspects of the project.

Gleeds Prague has acted as consultants on over 150 million US dollars worth of completed construction work in the Czech Republic. The result is that the Prague office is well qualified to advise clients on a full range of property and construction issues in the Czech Republic and to manage the realisation of projects from inception to completion.

We are comitted to delivering a quality service ad are accredited under CSN ISO 9001:2008 Quality standard and CSN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Issues from 2008. We have health & safety work policy and we have achieved the Certificate CSN OHSAS 18001:2008 in early 2009. We require to adhere to these politics from our subcontractors as well.
