Gleeds expanded its operations within the Balkans to establish a presence in Albania in 2005.  This has enabled us to continue to service our international, and now increasingly national, Clients throughout the Republic of Albania and surrounding countries, from our office in the capital city of Tirana.

As part of a major practice, we are experienced in the provision of consultancy services from the inception of a project, through to completion. Our experience, both locally and around the world, enables us to provide advice and management across all construction sectors, ranging from industrial and logistics developments through to retail, offices, residential and hotel schemes.

Our services include development management, project management, cost management, due diligence and lender’s representative roles. The experienced gained within Albania has enabled us to gain a full understanding and awareness of the market, allowing us to provide advice and assistance to our clients, borne out of knowledge and experience. Where necessary, specialist services can also be provided through Gleeds Group.

Our office in Tirana engages a mix of professional consultants, both expatriates and bi-lingual local staff, offering an in-depth and detailed understanding of the local market to provide clients with demonstrable added value.
